Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated courier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
